2. Out of Stock Items:

  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer:
    • It usually takes 2-7 days to arrive at our facility.
    • Most orders are shipped complete within 2-4 business days.
    • Some parts may take up to 2-15 business days to arrive.

3. Shipping Duration:

  • Ground shipments: Usually take 2-7 days depending on location.
  • Overnight shipping: Available for an additional cost.

4. Oversized Shipments:

  • Additional charges may apply.
  • You will be contacted before shipping for approval.

5. Transit Times:

  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.

6. Carrier Substitutions:

  • DHL - FedEx

7. Backordered or Discontinued Items:

  • In the unlikely event of a part being placed on backorder or discontinued.
    • We will make efforts to find a replacement as quickly as possible.

When Providing The Wrong Shipping Address:

Shipping and return charges will be deducted from the total order value. Inbound and outbound (Shipping sending charge and Shipping return charge) will get a refund of the balance amount
