Need to Make a Return?

If for any reason you need to make a return, we've got you covered with our hassle-free process.

How It Works:

  • Start your return: In My Carbus.24, find the item under Purchase history, then select Return this item.
  • Select your reason: Depending on the seller's return policy, we may put you in touch with them directly.
  • Ship it back: You’ll be issued a packing slip and shipping label. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

  • Check the listing’s return policy before making your purchase.
  • Note shipping deadlines and whether an item can be returned for refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • Return the item in the same condition you received it — pack it well.
Return Period:

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Fees:
  • If you received the correct undamaged product, you are responsible for the return fees.
  • If we send the incorrect or faulty product, we will cover the return fees.

Return Instructions:

  • Pack the product in its original packaging along with all manuals, notes, and other parts.
  • Put the product in a separate postal package for protection. Include a copy of the invoice you received with the parcel.
  • Ship the package to our warehouse at Sparein Automotive L.L.C, Sharif Ahmed MD TAQI Building, Showroom-8, 38 Al Burj St, Near Tara Hotel Deira, Dubai. We will issue a refund once the product reaches our warehouse. Please note, that if the product is incomplete or in poor condition due to customer mishandling, we cannot refund in full or accept the return.
